Today we hung around the house in the morning. At lunch time Nana took the kids up in the attic for a picnic and to read a chapter in their new magic tree house book. They loved it! In the afternoon we found a great patch of bluebonnets for picture taking. Then we headed out to Irving to see Aunt Jennifer. We played at a park, had dinner, and took a walk by a stream. Another fun filled day!

Those flowers are amazing! I've not seen any big fields of flowers down here this year! I was worried it was small all over the state, so where did you find such pretty flowers? Glad you are having fun!
i haven't seen many down in sa, but they started popping up along the highway in austin and got better and better the closer i got to dallas. this amazing patch is in an empty field new my inlaws. i saw it and had to stop.
